This position manages the analysis & governance programs to support, guide and monitor operations expenses and/or cross transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Serves as the driver for reporting solutions and ensuring that financial data is defined and managed to facilitate investment decisions. Provides independent, objective, reliable, valued and timely assurance regarding the effectiveness of analysis, governance, and internal processes that mitigate current and emerging risks and help optimize the internal controls ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Assist in building analysis framework and apparatus for categorical expenses.Â
Build and maintain strong business partnerships across the enterprise to optimize Sub-Function
Own the governance of assigned Sub-Function.
Ownership and leadership of assigned sub-function initiatives across the enterprise.
Partner closely with the business and PMO to ensure work-streams stay on track and deliver value.Â
Coordinate communication, planning, analysis and reportingÂ
Execute the optimization and processing functions.
Interprets internal and/or external business issues and recommends best practices
Solves complex problems takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

Qualifications
Knowledge of the content, intent and application of regulations, policies, standards, operations, and requirements applicable to the business function under designated scope of authority.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, regulatory requirements and policies applicable to budget administration and resource/expense control.
Knowledge of the concepts, practices and tools relating to financial analysis and program metrics.
Ability to understand financial and/or operational reports, analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective responses.
Ability to collaboratively redesign work processes to affect labor, supply, and other operational cost reductions while maintaining or improving service and quality of end products.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, interpret requirements and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communication, and in presentations to leadership/management.
Ability to understand and implement effective policies, standards and procedures relating to matters under defined scope of responsibility.
Ability to identify compliance deficiencies and/or systemic weaknesses and implement timely corrective action to forestall or remedy.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations as required by the duties of the position.
Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications/software at an acceptable level of proficiency.Â

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Accounting, Finance or Business or related discipline
5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 2 years direct FP&A experience
Familiarity with financial accounting, modeling and analysis.
Influencing others or direct leadership experience, preferably working with technologies within the high tech and telecom industries preferred.
Base pay range: $80,100-$106,800, commensurate with experience.
