This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, commercial performance, and enterprise decision-making, enabling data-driven growth across large-scale business initiatives. You will partner closely with senior commercial and finance leaders to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy and execution. The position plays a key role in performance management, forecasting, and scenario planning for enterprise-wide initiatives. You will help strengthen financial discipline while supporting transformation and growth priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and executive-ready analysis. This is a highly visible role where analytical rigor, business partnership, and strategic thinking directly impact organizational outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across commercial excellence and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and governance standards.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations that translate financial results, risks, and opportunities into clear business insights for senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support decision-making for special projects and long-term strategic investments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and corporate teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and consistent performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
  • Support and mentor junior finance team members, contributing to capability building and strengthening analytical and communication excellence across the team.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering roles, ideally within complex, matrixed organizations.
    • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, with a deep understanding of financial statements and key business drivers.
    • Proven ability to build executive-ready narratives and communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial planning and reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to business strategy and execution.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
