Senior Manager Finance - *Hybrid*
The Senior Manager of Finance support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. The position is responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, to provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and to develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies. May also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required. Supervises appropriate finance staff.
Are you an experienced CPA with a strong background in physician and APP compensation design and administration in the healthcare industry? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Manager of Finance to join our team and lead our clinician compensation team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement clinician compensation systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance on compensation plans for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Analyze financial data and conduct cost modeling to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs.
- Evaluate and improve existing compensation structures to drive performance and optimize financial outcomes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters to stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and legal teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging regulations related to clinician compensation to ensure compliance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
- 8 years Closely related experience.
- 6 years Experience in a leadership role or capacity.
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA certification and Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of physician and APP compensation models, including productivity-based, value-based, and incentive-based structures.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to clinician compensation, such as Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Proficient in financial analysis, cost modeling, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
