This is a great opportunity to join the Global Spectrum Dominance (GSD) strategic business unit finance team within Raytheon Intelligence Space (RIS).

This Senior Manager role serves within the Advanced Electronic Attack (AEA) sub-strategic business unit (SSBU) as the business manager responsible for all Production Sustainment, leading a finance team in all aspects of proposal response, operational implementation, and leading financial planning analysis for a portfolio of programs including Watch and strategic programs to the business.

Major responsibilities include price and cost plan (including strategic pursuits/proposals and President level summary/analysis), program follow through (including leading Estimates at Complete (EACs)), Earned Value Management (including internal/external reporting), and leading influencing a program implementation team to achieve financial operational commitments - this includes such activities as risk/opportunity assessment, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) generation, and Long Range Plan (LRP) strategic assessments. This position will interface with all levels of managements as well as work in a matrixed environment (VP, Directors, PMs, SCM, Ops, Engineering, Finance, etc).

This program area includes Watch level programs for implementation and strategic business level growth/expansion. The candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints.

Candidate should look at ways to improve current processes/cadences or set new ones, be a strategic partner to the area VP, guide at all levels of the organization, and develop staffing.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance work experience
• In depth understanding of color of money policy, accounting principles
• Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and imaginative and use critical and reasonable thinking
• Sound critical thinking, problem identification, and problem solving skills
• Experience in applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS), including IPMRs and audits
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis - LRP, SRO, AOP,
• Proficient use of Microsoft resources (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Guide several direct reports - responsible for organization alignment, performance, and personnel growth / career advancement
• U.S. Citizenship is required

Desired Skills:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in development / strategic program new business capture

Required Education:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

The salary range for this role is $107,000.00 to $225,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
