Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to be part of our FP&A Business finance team, which is responsible for business/finance insights & analytics and financial modelling for all the Go-to-Market (GTM) functions (Location: Mohali/Bangalore). You will be working closely with our Global FP&A team, GTM Operations and finance team to target the right pain point, gain business context, unearth problems, and create data backed programs to positively impact business performance. Reporting to the Associate Director - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

• Provide and present meaningful and concise financial analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year).
• Support the Sales team with financials and important metrics, including sales efficiency, sales productivity, pricing and discounting, sales pipeline, headcount ratios.
• Build detailed, scenario-based, financial models to track investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives and their impact on our overall performance.
• Develop business modelling, operational and financial processes, partnering with the business systems team, to identify areas of improvement for maximum efficiency.
• Lead projects related to QBRs and Annual Business Planning for the different GTM functions/GEOs.
• Understand detailed data and create a cohesive story based on key performance drivers.
• Coach & guide the analysts in their projects and build a career development plan for the team.
• Present complex data in an easy-to-understand way to lead action & Improve efficiency in all FP&A important processes and forecast accuracy improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on important issues related to establishing financial strategies, reporting for the business.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification):

• Proficient in salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systems.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ analysts.
• Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process.
