CommScope is looking to add a Senior Manager-FP&A to join our team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from a virtual office anywhere within the US.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

Reporting to our VP of Finance-Home Networks, this role will provide FP&A leadership to Home Finance reporting P&L and Balance Sheet analysis for $1.8B segment, while also gaining experience in running the day-to-day financial responsibilities of a product line.

You will make an impact by

• Produce monthly and quarterly reports to Home Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead annual planning exercise and long-range planning process for Home segment.
• Implement streamlined reporting processes to ensure consistent reporting across all Home product lines and regions.
• Lead financial support for the Software and Services Product Line.
• Lead Home Supply Chain financial reporting activities, including inventory, E&O, PPV, and Freight.
• Produce competitor and industry analysis.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience
• Significant analytical abilities, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools.
• Advanced quantitative abilities with the ability to tackle complex problems.
• Expert verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that encourages and motivates with focused intention.
• Proficient in working with a group of people to achieve a shared goal or outcome in an effective way.
• High level of commercial foresight
• Advanced computer skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a definite dedication to quality.
• Must have strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from all cultures.
• Innovative leadership capabilities with the resourcefulness to deliver results, inspire change and build and empower a team with multifaceted strengths.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Previous experience in supply chain finance.
