All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to the Business Area Controller for Electrolux Major Appliances NA and will be based in Charlotte, NC. The Senior Manager, FP&A has the overall responsibility and accountability for understanding and communicating total BA financial position. This role is responsible for providing financial information to management by creating and maintaining periodic reports that analyze and communicate actual performance and the implications of ongoing business decisions as well as forecasting future performance.

What you'll do:

In this role you will lead FP&A support for business leaders within the different organizations at BA NA. You will structure and evaluate business problems, design, and implement actionable recommendations, and define and monitor KPIs. You will lead business reviews at a regular cadence to share performance updates and drive strategic shifts based on latest data. You will serve as a key partner to the business to develop strategies, build insightful forecasting and reporting and drive impactful insights for key leaders. This includes strategic partnership, financial presentations, and other projects as requested for optimal decision making within an extremely high growth and fast-paced environment. You will partner with the most senior executives across Finance, Accounting and the business to provide financial insights that will shape the future direction of the company.

Other responsibilitiesmay include:

  • Drive initiatives to improve existing planning processes, drive automation, and streamline of deliverables
  • Improve and scale by developing repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all important partners, including standardizing and automating reports and improving how we leverage internal systems
  • Drive the weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting activities as well as ensuring quality and accuracy of results
  • Financial and Operational modeling
  • Analyze and interpret financial results and forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, Working Capital and CAPEX)
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership team and group

Who you are:

You are a transformationalleader. You possess the capability to influence without authority. You areextremely analytical with strong problem-solving skills and experienceresolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics and ExpertExcel modeling, SAP experienced preferred. You are familiar with systems suchas BPC, Essbase or AARO. You have agility and can adapt to a dynamic, constantlyevolving business environment. Business acumen is a strength of yours; youposses a strong executive presence and can deliver compelling messages toexecutive. You have experiencedelivering rapid results, rapid performance improvement, as well as turnaroundon projects. You are comfortable working under pressure with short and squeezeddeadlines.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+years of finance or FP&A experience
  • Advanced SQL experience
  • Proven experience with dashboarding and business intelligence applications such as PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
