This role is a strategic finance leadership opportunity, responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and performance management across the business. You will partner closely with executive leaders to provide actionable insights, guide strategic decisions, and ensure financial discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position involves ownership of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting processes, including executive, board, and investor communications. You will influence growth initiatives, support operational efficiency, and contribute to long-term business planning. This is a highly visible role with broad impact, offering the chance to shape financial strategy in a remote-friendly and collaborative setting.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, encompassing financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis
- Maintain and evolve financial operating models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance across revenue, bookings, costs, EBITDA, and cash flow
- Deliver executive, board, and investor reporting, translating data into clear insights on ARR/MRR, retention, and profitability
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives including growth investments, market expansion, pricing decisions, and M&A projects
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and automation to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
- 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including people leadership
- Strong experience in SaaS and recurring revenue businesses, with deep understanding of retention and subscription metrics
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel essential
- Proven ability to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards, investors, or C-suite stakeholders
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Nice to have: experience in PE-backed or investor-driven companies, hands-on experience with tools such as NetSuite, Datarails, or Looker, and M&A/post-acquisition integration experience
