The Trust & Safety Team is responsible for resolving user fraud claims in a timely manner, detecting fraud before it impacts a user, and building comprehensive strategies to prevent fraud from happening on our Platform. The Trust & Safety Team leads identity management strategy across the enterprise to ensure that DailyPay is a safe platform for all its users.
DailyPay is looking for a Fraud Prevention Senior Manager to lead a critical function within Trust & Safety that will work closely with the Product and Engineering Teams to ensure that all products and features
prevent potential fraud. Your day to day will involve working cross functionally with Product Teams, owning the Fraud Root Cause Analysis process, and developing enterprise-wide strategies to prevent fraud. In addition, you will deliver meaningful and timely business updates and performance reviews communicating the health of the business focused on performance and quality. This role will report to the Senior Director of Trust & Safety at DailyPay.

How You Will Make an Impact:- You will build and grow a team from the ground up focused on Fraud Prevention
- Design and perform Fraud Risk Assessments on new products and features to evaluate for potential fraud risks.
- Design and Implement fraud monitoring rules for our Friday Debit Card Program
- Act as the owner for Enterprise wide identity management
- Enhance fraud systems and processes using industry-leading tools to identify high-risk activities within the member network and quickly investigate
- Develop relationships and work with key partners across Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Customer Success and other internal teams to manage fraud risk programs
- Lead root cause analysis to identify opportunities to prevent fraudulent access to our network
- 7+ years of experience in financial services in a fraud, risk, or compliance role
- Experience developing and implementing an Enterprise-wide fraud strategy
- Deep understanding of financial fraud -- from ACH Fraud, Card Fraud and New Account Fraud to Anti-Money Laundering to Synthetic Identities
- Strong relationships in the fraud prevention industry to maintain best practices and collaborate with industry experts and professionals
- Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Red Flags Rule, Reg E and related laws
- Expert knowledge of KYC processes and implementations
- BA/BS degree in relevant major or equivalent practical experience
- Experience at a FinTech company
- Experience in a payroll-related field as a payment services professional

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation and compensation may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into two tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.Â
