As a Senior Manager - Global Digital Operations - Omni Channel you will be trusted to work on the operational planning and efficiency in the Global Digital/Omni-Channel team. You will work with a global matrix organization with Digital, Marketing, Brand, & IT teams to understand and acquire business requirements, recommend solutions, and plan operational delivery of a range of websites and Digital products. In addition, you will lead the development and rollout of Alcon's digital self-serve initiative, delivering processes, systems and training to put digital tools into the hands of local marketing teams while collecting the requirements and user story generation for larger scale / sophisticated key digital projects while leading communications for Digital team / initiatives in Fort Worth, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Management of Global Digital / Omni-Channel roadmap including websites, digital products, technology projects and priorities. Maintains rolling calendar to provide visibility at all times. Leads / attends sprint planning in conjunction with IT team, prioritizes activities based on business needs/impact, guides resource management decisions. Supports business process improvement and resource management
• Develops processes and controls to ensure that digital tools can be optimally used / managed by individual marketing teams whilst ensuring the right levels of control and consistency are adhered to. Works with IT to deliver compliant solutions.
• Manages the end-to-end delivery of nominated sophisticated / key digital products, collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure holistic collection of requirements, development of user stories / journeys and project coordination.
• Primary lead for the management and development of 'micro' Digital products / services including: oCookie Consent managementoPrivacy & consent management - consistency on all websitesoDoc/Provider locators
• Shopping / buy now integrationsoQR code generationoSingle Sign on experience / integration with customer data / systems (business lead)
• Reviews performance of websites & digital tools and develops plans and actions to improve performance and experience metrics. Works with teams and sprint planning to deliver changes.
• Leads internal communication program to ensure all key partners are up to date with progress and developments in the Digital / Omni-Channel space including; Management of Intranet pages, intake process, production of monthly updates and metrics, support for Quarterly business review (QBR) meetings.
• Ensures processes are in place so that quality standards are met at all stages of project delivery including compliance, branding, content, QA/testing, regulatory approval, tagging/analytics set up, fault fixes.
• Provides direction and support to business stakeholders to ensure digital project requests meet process, compliance and best practice standards at Alcon.
• Presents and communicates project updates to partners using appropriate channels & meetings to ensure high levels of understanding and cohesion. Tracks timelines and reports back on progress on a regular basis.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs;Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Proven Experience
