The Role:

Working in the Growth Marketing & Research Team, you will be a key player in the next stage of growth for Nothing. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead and execute our paid advertising strategy across paid social media, Display, PPC and affiliate marketing channels. In this results-oriented role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven campaigns that deliver on our business objectives, with a focus on demand growth, lead generation, and profitable ROI.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid social (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), PPC (e.g. Google Ads), Display (YouTube) and affiliate marketing channels (via AWIN).
  • Day-to-day campaign optimisation at market level with support from a performance marketer.
  • Work with ecom & DTC division to ensure performance media efforts are cohesive & support in broader SEM efforts (technical & content).
  • Track & Manage performance media budgets, recognising and enacting cross-market and channel investment optimisation.
  • Manage and negotiate partnerships with key affiliate partners.
  • Monitor and analyse AO & ad hoc campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and implement A/B testing strategies.
  • Manage weekly reporting across performance media touchpoints, that provide insights into campaign performance and ROI.
  • Lead all tag management and attribution for paid media globally.


Requirements:

  • In-depth technical knowledge of major paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), web analytics (GA) and affiliate marketing networks.
  • Proven track record in successful growth & revenue delivery through paid media channels.
  • GA4 experience is essential. Shopify experience is appreciated.
  • Media agency or in-house media experience preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of attribution and server side tracking.
  • Commercially & analytically minded.
