Job Description Summary:
You will support Supply Chain workstream leaders and collaborate with key stakeholders by providing thought leadership, financial modeling and validation of estimated financial impacts. A strong candidate for this role will demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership abilities, very strong analytical and business intelligence skills, decision making and growth mindset, influencing and presentation skills
This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain and Strategic Finance, and is responsible for providing financial leadership for various E2E supply chain strategic initiatives driving system top line and bottom line growth, with focus on
- Global Brand Category initiatives
- System COGS productivity (annual target of $600 to 800 million)
- Bottler benchmark and best practice sharing
- Factory of The Future financial design and Working Capital improvement
- Financial modelling and new business structure thought process and set up
What You’ll Do for Us:Â
- Financial modelling and value creation for supply chain initiatives for global categories
- Financial leadership for bottler benchmark and best practices sharing
- Financial leadership for delivery and financial tracking of the TISC Productivity savings target
- Assist the senior finance director, Global Supply Chain and Productivity, in strategic initiatives and BP preparation
- Financial training/education for GSC associates
- Communication with senior leadership and regular engagement with stakeholders in TISC, Operating Units, Bottling Partners and The Coca-Cola Company cross-functional and global associates.
COMMUNICATION COMPLEXITIES
- Highly complex organization (multiple sub-functions, with stakeholders from various backgrounds)
- Global function with associates/stakeholders in multiple locations around the world, including OUs, Corporate functions, external consultants, Platform Services, Genpact, etc.
- Fast moving, changing and expanding TISC structure and global network
- Communications range from Strategic discussions with senior management, daily project/activity management with junior associates and explaining/sharing financial analysis/modelling with non finance associates (category P&L, project ROI, tax/legal impact of business decisions, etc.)
ANALYSIS
- Financial management of projects is quite unique to TISC, across different functions, and require specific processes and support to stakeholders, who have strong technical/supply chain background but limited finance expertise
- Job requires the senior finance manager to be a change agent, driving for improved processes, leveraging automation and digitization opportunities but also improving internal communication, collaboration and role sort across various participants in the E2E supply chain management processes
JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING
- Strong strategic thinking ability and a deep business acumen are critical to the GSC and Productivity senior finance manager’s contribution to GSC success and influence of stakeholder’s decisions
- The GSC senior finance manager is solely responsible and accountable for accuracy of financial modelling (category P&L, investment ROI, etc.) and financial reporting (system supply chain productivity, a key global report for KO, and others)
- The position requires a deep understanding of supply chain, tax/legal/accounting matters and ability to manage regulatory constraints while driving business priorities
INNOVATION
- Job requires the senior finance manager to be a change agent, driving for improved processes, leveraging automation and digitization opportunities but also improving collaboration and role sort across various participants in the E2E supply chain management processes (CPS, bottlers, OUs, external parties)
- The GSC and Productivity senior finance manager works side by side with the GSC and Productivity senior finance director, the GSC President direct reports and the Productivity senior director to drive improved processes, controls, systems and platforms (such as Power BI and AI), understand the fast changing supply chain environment and proposes innovative solutions
Qualifications & Requirements:Â Â
- 5+ years professional experience (Strategic planning, Supply Chain finance, Commercial Finance and Change Agent roles)
- Communication skills are also a critical requirement

Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual

Pay Range:
$124,000 - $140,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
