About The RoleÂ
This is an exciting opportunity with a growing team at an established pioneering brand. The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for the front-line management of key Paid Social channels. Â
- Strategy: Partner with the VP of Growth to continuously evolve goop’s growth strategy based on the needs of the business, growth marketing trends, and shifts in consumer behavior. Own the product and campaign roadmap working cross-functionally with merch planning and product development teams to identify best products/categories to leverage for paid campaigns per platform. Â
- Campaigns: Develop, launch and optimize our customer acquisition campaigns – working across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Own the end-to-end creative development process from briefs, talent selection, shoots, editing, launching, reporting, and ongoing optimizations. Â
- Landing Pages: Improve how we convert prospects into customers by developing landing pages – testing various layouts, images, content, copy, offers, etc. to maximize conversion.Â
- Retention/LTV: Optimize newly acquired customers’ LTV beyond first purchase, partnering with the Retention team to develop specific onboarding flows to maximize 2nd purchase and improve LTV/CAC ratio. Â
- Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Looker to measure campaign and landing page performance with the goal of optimizing LTV/CAC and incremental margin ROAS. Own weekly reporting share-out to Marketing teams and stakeholders.Â
- Budgeting/Forecasting: Partner with VP of Growth to set paid budgets and monitor spend on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Assist with producing channel forecasts based on inventory allocations and product campaign strategy.Â
Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
- Managed paid social budget above $300K annually. Â
- Experience in promoting skincare / beauty products on paid social. Â
- Fashion and Wellness experience are a plus Â
- Direct media buying experience on Meta (minimum 1 year).Â
- Has worked cross functionally with creative, finance, merch and planning teams. Â
- Proficient in Excel, GA, and dashboard tools such as Looker or TableauÂ
- Technical experience setting up and scaling new paid social channels Â
- i.e. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola/OutbrainÂ
FAQ Â
- Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + Equity. This is a full time exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.Â
