Who We’re Looking For

For the position, we're looking for a Senior Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to join our interdisciplinary team of strategists, operations enablers, and researchers fueling our company's disruption of the healthcare industry and supporting Kalderos' scaled growth – in what we offer today and in the future. In this role, you will blur the lines of strategy, ops enablement, and cross functional work on the process and tools to scale our current business and to drive future-leaning initiatives beyond today’s business. This role will collaborate closely with leaders in the organization and across functions -- requiring someone who can bring a collaborative, strategic, and analytical mindset to fuel growth and to tackle new-and-challenging opportunities at Kalderos. 

Propel company-wide strategic initiatives: By partnering closely with senior leadership to develop and execute company-wide strategic initiatives

Define and enable new operational capabilities: By acting as a ‘trailblazer’ for the organization to mature internal operations that unlock how we scale and service customers

Drive evaluation and commercialization of new growth spaces: By identifying, assessing, and being at forefront of new product and service innovations that will define the next horizon of Kalderos’ platform, with an ability to both balance quantitative and qualitative lenses and partner across the organization

Guide cross-functional alignment: By collaborating closely with leaders in the organization to prioritize strategic, operational, and platform initiatives assuring our ability to scale and continually generate more value to the stakeholders of our ecosystem Our team is looking to add more highly collaborative, autonomous problem solvers who enjoy flexing a variety of skills and being exposed to a variety of topics. As such, we will have some flexibility matching the role/title to find the right new team member and fit.

General Experience Guidelines

We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related fields
  • At least 4 years of post-undergraduate experience working within top-tier management consulting, business strategy, or innovation roles
  • Intellectual curiosity with a passion for tackling difficult problems in collaborative environments
  • A clear communicator who brings structure to complex problems and facilitate collaborative outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving and driving executable insights
  • Experience conducting market/industry assessments and business model innovation -- moving from initial opportunity definition and diligence to formulating the launch of new products or services in market
  • Ability to lead in-depth analysis and become an ‘expert’ to identify new opportunities and value drivers for external healthcare industry partners and internal team members
  • Experience conducting secondary and primary research activities, including analysis, synthesis, and insight identification
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare

  • Experience within the healthcare, healthcare tech, fintech, or at a SaaS startup
  • Experience developing growth strategies for platform/technology companies
  • Demonstrated quantitative modeling and/or pricing strategy experience
