Job Description

1. Support top line growth (organic and inorganic growth - M&A) as well as margin expansion through proactive HR consulting

2. Enable change management and business transformation initiatives

3. Design and execute Organizational effectiveness initiatives

4. Support associate experience/satisfaction programs

5. Support Leadership development, new leaders assimilation
