Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Job Description
TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join its team. The Senior Manager, HRBP will report to the Chief People Officer and will work closely with the leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role will be responsible for managing HR initiatives and programs globally and across multiple functions.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with Senior Leadership Team and other business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies that align with the company's mission and vision
- Work closely with leaders across Product & Technology and GTM teams
- Partner with leaders to drive global growth strategy including a Center of Excellence in Mexico and other international offices
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes that foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and employee engagement
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and talent management
- Partner with the People Programs team to drive organizational health via regular employee engagement surveys, compensation analysis, employee lifecycle insights, and organizational design best practices
- Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, 9-boxes, and development plans
- Collaborate with the People Programs team to design and deliver training programs that align with business needs and support employee development
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the Chief People Officer
What You Bring:
- Innate drive and curiosity around business practices with the ability to tie talent programs and approaches to successful business outcomes
- Quantitative approach to HR: you are able to utilize data to drive the best decisions for the organization and teams
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement
- Experience working in a global organization with a hybrid workforce is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations in multiple countries
- MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
How we pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
- We are targeting a base salary from $89,500 to $189,500
- You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
