We are looking for a resilient and agile team player to join our People Team as a Senior Manager, People Business Partnerships, reporting to the Senior Director, People Business Partnerships.The ideal candidate has prior experience operating as an HRBP for an organization of 750+ employees, who understands how to navigate the complexity of a fast growth and ever changing environment. You will be expected to gain a deep knowledge of how your assigned business functions operate and provide them with internal client services on behalf of the People Team. What you’ll be responsible for:- Partner with your internal clients and the HRBP team on relevant people processes (promotions, merit increases, performance management, hiring plans, professional development, succession planning, etc).Â
- Assess and recommend org structures that will scale, working collaboratively with assigned internal clients and cross-functional teams
- Work closely with your assigned groups and the Sr. Director, HRBP and to identify needs, pain points, engagement concerns, communication strategies and succession plans.Â
- Coach Coordinator through Sr. Manager level employees (within your assigned business functions) in their development, career pathing and ability to navigate and resolve challenges. Provide day-to-day guidance to People Managers as needed.
- Ensure our leaders become stronger by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives and continuous feedback.
- Report on employee engagement data in partnership with People Team leaders and members to develop actionable solutions.
- Identify training, development, and coaching needs for team members in assigned business units and in conjunction with the Talent Success (L&D) function.
- Infuse Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) practices into the Bombas culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and support.
- Identify opportunities to leverage business systems, technology and automation wherever you see inefficiencies to make our teams more effective and enhance communication between teams.
- Be mindful of HR and Legal compliance when working with teams and individuals, including maintaining documentation around all employee relations and performance issues, resignations, terminations and other legalities.
- Partner with People Team and cross-functional partners to resolve complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Provide Bombas employee policy interpretation and guidance as it relates to an individual or team’s circumstances.

- Minimum of 7+ years in a People/HR Business Partner role
