POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, HR Operations & Analysis will be responsible for leading systems support for HR M&A activity, supporting ongoing enhancements of our HR Shared Services model, lead the time tracking technology team including assessment and implementation of a new time tracking system, and support reporting and analysis of HR outcomes to the business, including internal and external stakeholders.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build ongoing strategy to enhance and build-out the HR shared services team.
- Lead time tracking system assessment and implementation of new time tracking system.
- Establish an end-to-end playbook for M&A activity and define the strategy to support the overall HR team and the HR technology teams through activities.
- Drive HR process and systems simplification, integration, and modernization to consistently improve execution and employee experience.
- Provide strategic oversight and management of the company's time and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday)
- Engage resources such as external consultants / contractors, as needed, to develop, execute and refine programs.
- Support the establishment and measurement of key human capital metrics and develop leadership dashboards in support of business decisions.
- Support the build out of a reporting strategy that provides digestible business insights to support business decisions.
- Develop, coach and lead a team of HRIS professionals ensuring that all members are provided with clear expectations, direction, and are empowered and held accountable to achieve their goals and perform their jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A deep understanding, developed through experience, of the HRIS landscape in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience working across highly matrixed organizations that require high levels of influence, relationship-building, and agility to secure necessary support for HR initiatives.
- Strong operational excellence and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent project management skills and experience with direct experience in agile ways of working; proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
- Ability to drive change and a bias towards action and results. Comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); can succinctly communicate at all levels of the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years' work experience in relevant industries/roles including finance, management consulting, HRIS, program management, strategic planning, and/or operational/organizational excellence.
