As Technical Program Manager : We develop and redesign initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs by analyzing data and evaluating key business components in order to assess current performance baselines; identifying gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements in key business functions; evaluating and updating current practices on a continuous basis; developing improvement solutions; ensuring program processes are simple, executable, and sustainable for future use with manageable rollout plans; consulting with cross-functional teams to get alignment on improvement solutions; and communicating changes and solutions to key stakeholders in order to get buy-in and drive behavior change.

- Developing and implementing process and tools - you will manage the establishment of a new way of managing product imagery at Walmart.
- Defining vision and strategies for product content creation at Walmart, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying opportunities, building business cases, and gaining alignment in multiple internal and external stakeholder communities.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing implementation milestones, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
- Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
- Developing & Leading associates across multiple geographic locations.
- Being Decisive regarding expanding or shutting parts of the imagery operation based on business need and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required/MBA a huge plus or equivalent in experience!
- 8+ years in TPM
- 8 + years as People Manager
- Previous Engineering/Tech Role a big Plus!
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Data Tables, Cross-Referencing Data, Sensitivity Analysis, Database Integrations, and Data Structuring Functions.
- 4+ Years of successful execution in a matrixed organization.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Advanced analytical skills - both quantitative and qualitative as related to budget analysis
- 2 + years of exp in technical processes on how infrastructure is kept modern with programmatic cloud interfaces for managing data and associated engineering and customer facing tools and applications.
- 2+ years in managing third-party vendors a big Plus!
- Strong foundation in project management - intake and demand management, planning, prioritization, communications, portfolio management, stakeholder management, capacity management
- Building strong communication channels with internal departments and build relationships
- Identifying, monitoring, reporting, and escalating project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
- Utilizing project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
- Daily, Weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Strong experience working with Vendor partners across multiple geographies
- Maintaining excellent communication (oral and written) with functional team members and direct management to ensure early identification of issues a timely reporting of status
- Strong executive presence with experience working with diverse stakeholders, including leadership and executives
- Comfortable working in unstructured environments and demonstrated ability to contribute to and drive organizational maturity
- Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment
- Detail oriented leader with an ability to work, develop, and think at a strategic level.
- Additionally, the appetite to work with the teams to dig into data, processes, issues, to identify the root-cause problems and remedies is a very desirable strength.
- Good working knowledge of the value of delivering insights through data and analytics.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on goals while exhibiting personal integrity and a focus on the customer
