The Commercial Engines Customer Business Organization is seeking a member for our Inside Sales / Sales Operations team. The role directly supports the CBO New Engine Business (NEB) & Aftermarket Sales teams and customer campaigns efforts.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Operations Associate Director and will assume ownership over the China Sales region. The candidate will be expected to provide day-to-day internal support to the Sales Directors on all sales-related initiatives ensuring overall business objectives are achieved.

This role provides a high level of cross functional team exposure and potential for high visibility throughout Commercial Engines, including Sales, Finance, Engine Services, Program Management, Legal and Marketing. Key responsibilities are focused around four primary functions:

1. Inside Sales & Campaign Support: Support Sales Directors and Regional Sales VP for an assigned region by being an integral part of the team that focuses on executing NEB & Aftermarket deals.

Potential duties include: ensuring alignment of critical campaign assumptions through completion of the CDF (Campaign Data File), leading CFT meetings, document reviews, contributing to SAB / Approvals presentations and presentation forums, customer engagement

2. Develop & maintain standard work and guidelines to support the sales campaign process

Includes maintaining CRM / Microsoft Dynamics Sales entity user guides and supporting user requests for new functionality Managing approvals meetings and scheduling Change communication and best practice sharing

3. Completing Airframer Operations tasks such as GTF Customer Aircraft Demand & Intel reporting

4. Completing sales reporting tasks and facilitating Campaign/Customer Focus Team Best Practice Sharing

Includes regional campaign prioritization and current status reporting for campaigns Facilitating After Action Reviews to incorporate Lessons Learned into the Sales Process

Additional responsibilities may also include:

Manage & lead thrust upgrade requests from customer request through financial approval and documentation to the customer Facilitate customer visits (visitor registration forms, assemble decks from various groups) Work with customers to understand their needs (setup product overview meetings, manage PW product offerings like EWR or Freedom, NDAs, etc.) Contribute to campaign strategy projects & initiatives Lead & primary contact person for General Terms Agreement (GTA) Aftermarket invoice approval processing & auditing

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years prior work experience in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Management, and/or general business management 8+ years relevant aerospace experience required Excellent analytical & process definition skills Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint US Person Status required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree concentration in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Proficient in Mandarin Chinese Familiarity with gas turbine engine systems and components and engine maintenance practices with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of engine maintenance cost Interacting with external parties such as airline customers, airframers, and/or suppliers Broad knowledge of project management Substantial knowledge of Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and/or Pratt & Whitney (PW) projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements within job area An energetic, highly motivated candidate with strong cross-functional team leadership skills, high acumen for teamwork and the ability to work proactively
