Senior Manager, Integrated Brand Strategy

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Integrated Brand Strategy is a key member of the WW Global Brand Strategy team and is accountable for leading and managing cross-functional strategic brand projects. Working cross-functionally he or she will partner with different stakeholders and business units in insight generation, strategic ideation, legal validation and cross functional implementation as it relates to critical global brand initiatives that affect both current and prospective members.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating amazing value and valued experiences for our members and prospective members; they will have an innate intuition for brand excellence and consistency and they will have a proven record of operating within a high-performing, fast paced environment. He or she will have outstanding communication, analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence as it relates to influencing, engaging and collaborating with teams across the business. The candidate will be able to effectively influence, multi-task and prioritize as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing latest consumer and member insight: write and develop multi-purpose global brand briefs for both 2022 brand projects and priorities as well as ad-hoc business requirements
Responsible and accountable for leading key global brand projects/initiatives as it relates to 2023 brand and marketing roadmap
Partner with internal innovation units to provide brand counsel and consultancy
Where required act as the central point of contact and co-ordination and lead cross functional working teams to manage large scale brand initiatives - driving brand impact and transformational brand change across the organization.
Work and collaborate across all departments of the organization from product and CX to content, creative and in-country global marketing teams as well as external agencies and partners as required.
Create communications and presentations (for various audiences) to showcase these brand projects and lead the presentation and showcasing of these initiatives across WW.
Manage and implement tracking/measurement initiatives for brand projects.
Provide brand thought leadership across the organization to ensure WW comes to life consistently and in-line with the WW brand key, champion the ‘voice’ of the consumer
Assist with the development of future facing strategic brand priorities and partner with the consumer insight team to identify a roadmap of research to inform this work.
Line management of 1 direct report - Manager integrated brand strategy
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand/strategic consulting, communications or similar area; preferably gained while working for a global, complex organization
Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field preferred; MBA a plus
Strong analytical skills, financial and business acumen.
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels.
Ability to learn quickly, work effectively with little direction, take the lead in situations where appropriate, and execute with urgency.
Experience working with best practices and knowledgeable of industry trends
Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Proven track record in successfully building, maintaining and leveraging relationships with senior management and at all levels within the organization
Experience in leading large scale projects with heavy change management requirements
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority
Extraordinary communication skills – both oral and written
Ability to analyze situations and exercise sound judgment in determining appropriate courses of action.
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary
$120,000/yr to $150,000/yr
