What we are building

The Marketing team at Domino is in the process of building a world class demandgen engine that will help to fuel Domino’s inbound pipeline and revenue. We are seeking to build both a reliable and predictable demandgen infrastructure that will allow us to scale to new heights and grow our customer base of enterprise Fortune 2000 accounts in key verticals. Our demandgen strategy will require a modern approach to developing trust with, and adding real-world value to our prospects, analysts, investors and customers.

What your impact will be

In your first year, your impact will be…

  • In your first year, your impact will be contributing to the Marketing goals of 20 sales accepted opportunities and $5M in pipeline
  • You will be a central player in the cross departmental partnerships and have earned the mutual respect across teams for a high-producing, well-oiled demandgen team  
  • Critical role in driving and executing successful and highly visible DG campaigns that have a significant impact on pipeline and brand awareness for Domino.

What we look for in this role

  • Integrated campaigns / demandgen experience at a similar sized tech company with a proven track record of generating (and scaling) quality pipeline
  • Demonstrated experience running virtual events & webinars
  • Enterprise-level account based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
  • Strategic and creative thinking - ability to take a unique spin on an existing concept that will stand out in the market 
  • Strong relationship builder - can instill confidence from a variety of key contributors from across departments / vendors and seniority levels
  • Data driven - knows how to absorb data points and trends and translate insights into action
  • Ability to effectively prioritize efforts for highest impact on the bottom line
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in campaign / demandgen performance measurement; ability to run SFDC reports and troubleshoot data inconsistencies as needed
  • Lead lifecycle management
  • SDR prospect and customer follow up optimization
  • Email marketing and nurture best practices

Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our benefits can be found here.  Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, cost of labor, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. 

Compensation Range

$147,000—$189,000 USD
