Jockey is seeking a Senior Manager Integrationsto join our IT team!

This position is responsible for leading a team providing diverse integration solutions across the enterprise. This role will be accountable for setting the strategic Integration Strategy, creating and maintaining standards and best practices as well as day-to-day responsibilities for managing activities of the team to ensure excellence in execution and effective delivery of Integration services.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Lead a cross-functional organization of various technical disciplines, spanning across integration, data ingestion, data validation, data workflows, and overall architecture.
• Provide leadership and expert counsel in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines and best practices for the development and deployment of solutions.
• Direct the development of solutions for integrating applications across the enterprise.
• Oversee the development of integration policies and the implementation of enterprise-wide integration initiatives.
• Act as subject matter expert within the organization.
• Able to liaise with technical staff, business users, and vendors to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Operate as a hands-on leader that will design and build a team to support the creation and evolution of data, analytics, and integration capabilities.
• Advise on the development and deployment of new data technologies and capabilities in support of business strategies and needs.
• Coordinates activities to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and address integration risks and issues. Capture and prioritize issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Provide overall leadership in the areas of integration governance, quality control, and auditing of information, including working directly with application developers to resolve conflicts and inappropriate data usage.
• Audit security precautions to ensure adequate protection is in place.
• Establish and support proactive process assessment and formulate preventative measures throughout the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of related IT Integration and Leadership experience
• Knowledge of Boomi
• Biztalk and Redpoint knowledge a plus
• A passion for understanding your customers' needs, and how to best address them.
• Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all levels, and with professionals outside of the business.
• Experience leading project, support and development teams.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience managing complexity.
• Effective communicator.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
