Overview:
You will report to the SVP, Investor Relations and work with colleagues in Corporate Finance, Operations, Communications, Strategy and Business Development. You will gain exposure to Senior Management and Wall Street and success in this position could lead to rotational opportunities in finance, M&A, strategy or other departments.
You will:Investor Materials Creation
- Draft Investor materials (slides, scripts, Q&A, press releases) for: earnings, investor conferences, shareholder meetings, analyst days, and other investor communications.
- Create and update important financial reports and analysis for use by management during quarterly earnings.
- Support creation of materials in annual reports and 10-K.
Investor Outreach
- Help exist shareholder relationship maintenance and new investor identification and targeting.
- Create reports and analysis to support investor outreach and communications efforts.
- Communicate with investors and answer any questions with publicly available information.
Internal Support
- Analyze sell-side analyst reports and their financial models. Track consensus estimates from our covering equity analysts and create bi-weekly management reports on insights to news and opinions from across the software and AI industry.
- You will also work with the FP&A team to ensure accurate information is shared.
- Provide management with market information on competitors and industry insights.
- Monitor LPSN stock and its peers, watch daily trading activity, create reports and coordinate interactions with our exchange on information and analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc business trends and company analysis to support the IR team, Management, and Board.
IR Operations Support
- IR meeting coordinating, preparing briefing materials, market intelligence requests, and CRM database management.
- Maintain our IR website and our IR mailbox, ensuring that these are managed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage IR vendors and ensure our IR vendors are delivering upon their commitments and evaluation of new IR solutions to determine which might add value to our processes.
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations or other corporate finance roles (including accounting, business-unit financial support, FP&A or strategy), banking or equity research.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Ability to compose high-quality investor presentations.
- Clear understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by security analysts, along with experience analyzing financial statements, conducting performance measurements, and benchmarking.
- Mastery of Excel.
- Desire and ability to interface and with investors, management teams, and internal stakeholders.
