As the Sr Manager Batch Integrations & ETL, you will lead the Batch & ETL integration platform team. Batch and & ETL platform are required to provide a stable, scalable, and secure batch / bulk integration environment to meet business requirements. This role will lead the forward-looking blueprint for the Batch & ETL platform adhering to Baxter Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Enterprise Security (ES) standards. The ideal candidate will have deep technical understanding of IBM Datastage & Informatica, in depth knowledge of bulk integration / ETL integration patters and excellent project management skills. You must be able to connect with both technical and non-technical partners and have a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Function as the system owner for Batch Integration and ETL platform
• Lead the 3-year rolling roadmap of Batch integration and ETL platform. Keep it current based on technology trends and business needs.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Security, and Infrastructure teams (OS, Network, Storage, Database etc.) to ensure alignment to IT, infrastructure, and Security standards.
• Collaborate with Batch integration and ETL development teams to deliver integration projects in support of enabling business capabilities.
• Ensure technical expertise is provided to the project team to help resolve issues relating to the platform.
• Maintain relationship with IBM Datastage and Informatica vendor to ensure adequate support is extended to keep the platform stable and performant.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in Batch integration and ETL space
• Handle and supervise Batch integration and ETL team
• Mentor team members as needed for them to function effectively

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in leading Batch Integration and ETL teams.
• 5+ years' experience leading Datastage projects
• Proficiency in understating of IBM Datastage and Informatica.
• Proficiency in understanding of Batch Integration and ETL patters.
• Good understanding of DevOps pipeline, automated deployments.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M
• Experience supervising and leading globally disparate teams.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work optimally in a matrixed organization.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $112,000 to $216,000 plus an annual incentive bonus, and equity target. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
