Kalypso is seeking exceptional candidates who are looking for an exciting career as a Senior Manager.

As a Senior Manager, you will take high-level responsibility for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts and projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets the client's business needs and priorities, as well as mentor upcoming Business Analysts and Consultants on best consulting practices. You will combine strategic thinking with the transformative impact of technology, unlocking new value and leading companies through times of change for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Life Science, Consumer Packaged Goods, High Tech, Manufacturing and Energy. The work is fast-paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and share strategic insight and perspective with clients on PLM concepts, PLM software tool capabilities and functionality, and leading practices within the enabled business processes
• Demonstrate leadership in preparing sales proposals, SOWs, and business plans in a team structure
• Manages engagement risk and identifies strategies for risk mitigation
• Proactively manages business economics, unbilled charges, and accounts receivable
• Facilitates client agreement on necessary changes and ensures changes are implemented cost-effectively
• Ensures that client understands consequences of engagement decisions and is prepared for next phase
• Proactively maintains regular contact with current and past client decision makers
• Qualifies opportunities based on knowledge of Firm services, practices and understanding of client business issues
• Instructs at firm education programs
• Leads engagement work planning and budget development
• Integrates analytical results and recommendations into solution for client
• Seeks to understand cultural norms/communication styles of team members and leverages diverse styles on the project
• Provides mentorship and guidance to the team
• Leads the team and ensures excellence in delivery

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or similar advanced degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• 10+ years of industry experience is preferred
• Experience in a Senior Manager, or similar, role level
• Meaningful consulting experience in Strategy & Operations
• Strong network with an emphasis on Research & Development management is preferred
• Superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and proactivity when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and managers
• Experience with:

The total target compensation range for this role is $200,560-$300,840 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
