As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 - $210,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. As a Senior Manager, Learning and Talent Development, you'll play a critical role in shaping and driving the growth and development of our organization's leaders and high-potential employees. This role requires a strategic, flexible thinker who can translate concepts into action and results and a passionate advocate for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.
What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development
- Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative workshops and programs that cater to various leadership levels and learning needs.
- Utilize a blend of learning methodologies, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning, to address diverse learning styles.
- Design and maintain self-service tool library including development plan templates.
- Work with the talent management team to insure our processes, including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification allow us to identify and develop of top talent across the organization.
- Concept and manage organizations development plan program.
- Support training needs for talent management initiatives.
- Manage coaching program to senior leaders, high-potential individuals, and emerging talent to enhance their leadership capabilities, interpersonal skills, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with various departments to align leadership development and talent management efforts with broader organizational objectives.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement robust assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Regularly analyze and report on program outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, talent management, learning or related HR roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs: onboarding, new manager, leadership development, career development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Change management expertise, with the ability to navigate organizational shifts and drive adoption.
- Proficiency in HR technology and tools related to talent management and learning management systems.
- Korn Ferry certification a plus.
