This positionis responsible for owning strategic best practices and leading the development of innovative "big ideas" across the digital, mobile and social marketing environment, specifically for Life Sciences brand teams. This role focuses on leading the design of multichannel healthcare professional and consumer experiences, the development of best practices, and the ongoing ownership of professional trends and insights to ensure that the strategy is fully realized across the solutions which are delivered.

This role focuses on leading the design of multichannel healthcare professional and consumer experiences, the development of best practices, and the ongoing ownership of professional trends and insights to ensure that the strategy is fully realized across the solutions which are delivered.
CORE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead commercial strategy & innovation around emerging marketing, sales, and technology channels for life sciences clients
- Develop and lead insight-driven proposals for multichannel campaign strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the business goals of pharmaceutical clients
- Define/architect strategic plans that increase the value of client brands/products and bring interactive multi-channel marketing best practices to life
- Clearly identify how proposed solutions will drive brand value and develop methods to measure and optimize program/campaign effectiveness over time
- Be a voice for customers and their business objectives within internal teams
- Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations in partnership with analytics team and client vendors to develop goals for professional programs
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in-line Business Development by leading RFPs for new business in current accounts, supporting presentations and pitches, and aiding in the selling of new commercial innovation programs
- Work with technology team to identify business requirements for new emerging multichannel solutions
- Educate internal team members on multichannel digital, media, and behavioral trends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 + years in strategic pharmaceutical marketing
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience; strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, mobile, and programming technologies
- 5+ years experience leading social media campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to capably review qualitative and quantitative research and utilize insights to develop strategic plans
- Firm understanding of user experience principles, strong analytical skills, and Google Analytics dashboard experience
- Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills, including strong presentation creation and delivery skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision
