The Role: Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing and Communities, you will play a fundamental role in supporting product adoption leading to revenue retention via targeted marketing campaigns. You will also work with the customer success organization to shape the customer journey experience, define landmarks along the way and identify opportunities to drive deeper engagement.Ā
Using a combination of 6sense and other leading technologies, you will ensure we are engaging our customer base at the right points in their journey to drive adoption leading to retention and expansion. You will have a counterpart on the ABX team who is focused on upsell and field campaigns and the two of you should work closely together to create a seamless experience for customers.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā
6sense has a large and growing base of passionate and successful customers. The goal of this function is to:āÆĀ
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies in coordination with Marketing and Customer success teamsĀ
- Partner with the Customer Experience team to evangelize the customer journey throughout the companyĀ
- Build compelling campaigns and programs focused on increasing adoption to drive retentionĀ
- Use multiple data sources to gain deep understanding of the behaviors and challenges customers encounterĀ
- Partner with other Customer Marketing colleagues to apply findings and create actionable deliverablesĀ
- Analyze and monitor the impact of programs, using insights to constantly iterateĀ
- Report outcome metrics for strategic customer engagement on a monthly and quarterly basis and regularly communicate with stakeholdersĀ
ExperienceĀ
- 5-7 years of marketing experience; ideally in SaaS or high-techĀ
- Deep expertise in uncovering customer needs, understanding of lifecycle marketing and developing segmentation strategiesĀ Ā
- Proven track record of working across the organization and influencing cross-functional teamsĀ
- Sharp analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness as well as value measurement and realization of targeted business outcomesĀ
- Thrive in a fast-paced organization, with excellent influencing skills, and natural ability to āroll up your sleevesā and work side-by-side with othersĀ
- Ability to execute programs at pace and scale, across a wide range of touchpointsĀ
- Experience with the 6sense platform highly preferredĀ
