Senior Manager / Manager, Partner Business Development (Hybrid)

We are looking for Partnership / Alliance / Account Management professionals to join us and be part of our high growth automation technology business.
The Senior Manager / Manager, Partner Business Development will work with Dematic's regional and functional teams to drive global business development of established and new strategic partners, proactively identify, and expand market opportunities with partner offerings / technologies, improve competitiveness and Dematic's conversion rate, ultimately leading to increased order intake.
This role will require flexible working given its global nature, with some international travel, however we prefer candidates in USA or Europe within a commutable distance from one of Dematic's locations including, but not limited to, Atlanta (USA), Grand Rapids (USA), London (UK), Manchester (UK), Banbury (UK), Milan (It) and Frankfurt (DE).

What we offer:

• Identify market positioning for partner offerings / technologies and assist regions to proactively pursue market opportunities
• Proactively support regions to progress pipeline opportunities
• Support regional sales teams where required to pitch partner offerings / technologies
• Be the internal Dematic brand ambassador and point person for given partner offerings / technologies
• Develop necessary regional promotion and sales initiatives to drive order intake
• Establish analytics to track key performance indicators of selling partner offerings / technologies
• Act as global interface with partner including developing material for, attending and leading quarterly business reviews

Act as first level escalation in order to resolve issues related to partnership

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years' experience in partner, alliance or account management
• Material handling / logistics background preferable
• Comfortable interacting with partners and presenting to all levels of an organization
• Analytical capability (market assessment, Salesforce.com, etc.)
• Experienced in working with/managing multiple stakeholders - cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
• Experience working with international business

• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong eye for detail
• Strong team skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including Microsoft PPT
• Able to travel internationally (10% of time)
• Fluent in English
