Senior Manager, Market Access Analytics

Job Description

Alkermes seeks Senior Manager, Market Access Analytics in Waltham MA. As individual contributor, provide advanced data analytics support, managing reporting and ad-hoc analytics for Direct Sales, Downstream Sell-Out, Inventory, & Chargeback datasets, including: establish relationships with business stakeholders and resolve questions regarding data/analyses; manage/complete special projects and ad hoc analytic requests; develop/implement purchase, dispense, and inventory reporting; prepare EDI reports, Chargeback Reports, Indirect and Direct Inventory, HQ Sales; provide analyses for GPO/channel account managers; improve legacy Excel reporting and automation into Tableau; support product launches with development of HQ Sales Dashboard and integration into Tableau Dashboards; integrate offline datasets provided by Pharmacies/GPOs; assist with quarterly Tax and Audit reporting; ensure accuracy of analytics/reporting through quality control processes.

Salary: $145,000/year

Reqs: Master's in Business Analytics or equiv field and 3 yrs exp working with commercial data in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (in alternative will accept Bach & 5 yrs exp); 3 yrs working with large datasets and using relational databases, such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake (exp can be gained concurrently); knowledge of industry data sources (including Specialty Pharmacy, EDI 867, EDI 852), Excel, and PowerPoint.
