Job Title: Marketing Analytics Manager

Are you a seasoned marketing analytics expert with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and guide the Marketing org to success? We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven marketing efforts and provide invaluable insights that will shape the future of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Performance analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, through customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, or ROI measurement

• Customer Insights: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Reporting and Data Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and dashboards using CRM & BI data platform tools SFDC, Tableau etc., to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with the CMO and senior leadership to provide actionable insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and Tableau to lead our data-driven marketing analytics efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce data to analyze customer journeys, lead scoring, and pipeline performance, providing actionable insights to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
  • Oversee the design and execution of complex A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and customer experiences.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, MBA with 5-7 years of experience
  • Proven track record of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey analysis.
  • Expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, powerpoint

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• A proactive, impact-driven mindset focused on customer success

• Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results by engaging with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide C-suite stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
