The New York Red Bulls are one of 29 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Red Bull Arena (RBA) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.

You will manage, execute, and service a group of our Marketing Partners by implementing daily activations, tracking and contact with a diverse group of clients. You will work with internal colleagues at all levels of the organization to maintain high levels of client service and your relationships across the New York Red Bulls.

Job Description

CLIENT SERVICE

• The Senior Manager, Marketing Partnership will be responsible for delivering the highest level of client service across all activities within assigned Partner Accounts along with other departmental projects as needed
• Effectively present information to sponsors and internal stakeholders

RENEWALS

• Create partnership recaps, oversee the renewal/retention process and provide upsell opportunities for assigned marketing partners

BUDGETING

• Manage budgeting and expense tracking for assigned marketing partners. Lead special projects as requested and serve as Marketing Partnerships department stakeholder on cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed

NEW BUSINESS

• Proactively generate ideas for new business opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum 5 to 7 years of agency, team or client-based partnership servicing within the sports or entertainment
industry
Marketing platform integration (digital, event, hospitality)
On-site event marketing and logistics
Understanding of internal and external process that relate to client deliverables
