Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, New Segment Expansion
Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Marketing Strategy, New Segment Expansion is an integral role on the revenue team contributing to ServiceTitan's successful expansion into new segments. They will (1) help identify opportunities in new segments, (2) craft the strategy to go-to-market in those segments and (3) oversee the full-lifecycle execution of the segment entry in conjunction with cross-functional partners across the Revenue team. This is a hybrid of a strategic and execution role with heavy cross-functional partnership to drive results across the customer life-cycle. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. They will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key strategic initiatives and their outcomes.
The Marketing Strategy team is the strategic / product marketing arm of the Marketing organization - responsible for product marketing, customer acquisition and driving expansion efforts across the broader Revenue organization.
What You'll Do:
- Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis (in collaboration with cross functional partners) into highest priority strategic topics (e.g. market entrance, expansion and leadership strategy)
- Own high impact initiatives and drive from opportunity identification/strategic incubation to ongoing execution and iteration
- Drive day-to-day operations, program management and strategic pivots for your initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, Operations, and Finance as a steward of the programs you own and their full-lifecycle outcomes
- Support development of priorities, resource planning, goal setting for the broader Marketing and Revenue teams, including but not limited to setting and advocating for the priorities of your initiatives
- Present insights, status updates and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision making
What You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- Functional experience in marketing, operations, product marketing, or market strategy within the SaaS space is preferred
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, data analysis, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments etc.)
- Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results
- Energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments that provide a diverse experience and opportunity to tackle different problems
- Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $124,000 - $178,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
