Senior Manager, Measurement Innovation
Job Description
The Senior Manager oversees the measurement, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to influence decision-making and achieve advertising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Measurement & Analysis:
· Oversee multiple research projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
· Develop measurement strategies and frameworks to evaluate advertising campaign performance.
· Implement tracking tools and methodologies to gather relevant data from multiple advertising channels.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and attribution models.
Insights Generation:
· Derive actionable insights from data analysis to enhance advertising strategies.
· Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization through data-driven approaches.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Reporting and Visualization:
· Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to highlight campaign performance and insights.
· Present findings to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
· Utilize visualization tools to communicate complex data effectively.
Optimization and Strategy Development:
· Collaborate with advertising teams to optimize campaigns based on insights and performance analysis.
· Provide strategic recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance measurement methodologies.
Client Communication and Presentation:
· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives and expectations.
· Present insights and recommendations in a professional and persuasive manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience at a media, agency, brand or marketing agency that includes managing ad effectiveness research and insights for digital and traditional media
· 2+ Years Experience in Pharma or Health Marketing
· Ability to project manage multiple research projects and prioritize in time-sensitive environments.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and effective sales presentations.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively to both internal team and external clients is necessary.
· Fluent in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides, etc.)
· Familiarity in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, etc.
· Familiarity with advertising platforms and ad-tech ecosystem is a plus.
