ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton is looking for a passionate, thoughtful, detail-oriented Senior Manager of Learning + Development with proven results in people leadership, learning experience design, project management, and program management to support our Member Support and Direct Sales functions. In this role, they will lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to work cross-functionally and take a human-centered design approach to develop engaging, yet scalable learning and development programs - owning and driving the adoption and success of these programs. This role will report into the Director of Learning + Development within Peloton’s Global Talent Development team. 

The ideal candidate brings strong skills in people development, team leadership, strategic agility, collaboration, project and program management, instructional design, curriculum design, and success measurement. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Develop and lead an engaged, high-performing team - providing clear objectives, support and direction, effective feedback and coaching, and recognition and motivation. 
  • Own and manage member support and direct sales learning programs in partnership with learning experience designers. This includes owning the strategy, communication with key stakeholders, project management, transition management, success measurement and program evolution. 
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with critical stakeholders, particularly leadership, within Direct Sales and Member Support in partnership with Director of Global L&D and Learning Experience Designers. 
  • Own the team’s strategy for project managing global L+D and TD programs and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts in different fields, including but not limited to: Member Support, Direct Sales, People Team (HR), People Experience, Diversity, Equity, + Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Business Leaders across the Company. 
  • Support functional teams and individuals by ensuring they are properly trained in advance of all product, process, and system launches. 
  • Lead the design of innovative, yet scalable e-learning curriculum for global member support and direct sales audiences. 
  • Write, edit, and proof content to ensure consistent tone and language that reflect Peloton's learning content + brand guidelines. Guide the development of audience-specific content to engage different learning styles. 
  • Build and deploy comprehensive learning paths for multiple lines of business, leveraging Articulate and our learning management system, while maintaining Peloton’s content and branding guidelines.
  • Provide LMS admin support to both member support and direct sales teams as needed. Partner closely with stakeholders within the Talent Development team to define and implement our overall LMS strategy.
  • Partner with member support and direct sales instructor-led training teams to ensure alignment and consistency across both teams. 
  • Gather and analyze insights from a variety of sources to form insightful content strategy recommendations. 
  • Continuously improve documentation outlining best practices for curriculum creation and management. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ years people leadership experience 
  • 4+ years in Learning Experience Design, content strategy, and writing experience
  • 4+ years in project and program management (Monday.com preferred) 
  • 1-2 years of LMS admin experience 
  • 1-2 years experience developing content for learning-focused programs with instructional technology such as Articulate 360
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com and Google’s Suite of tools. 
  • Experience adhering to content and brand guidelines
  • Proven ability to lead global projects with multiple key stakeholders

Base Salary: $167,500.00  to $217,600.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
