The Role:
DailyPay has adopted a 24/7/365 operations model to support scalable growth and enhance the customer experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Mission Control team. This role is critical for ensuring the stability and performance of key components of our operation - primarily our data exchange and associated integrations. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day monitoring operations as well as strategies to optimize our data exchange and monitoring capabilities.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead a global team of high-performing Mission Control analysts responsible for proactive identification, validation, remediation, and escalation of operational anomalies
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring processes to support standardized 24/7 operations
- Oversee the continued development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure operational health and performance
- Own and manage DailyPay's Data Exchange health by closely tracking appropriate measurements, reporting on drivers of unexpected variance, and leading efforts for improvement
- Utilize data from multiple internal and external sources to quickly identify trends, potential remediation tactics, and opportunities for long-term improvement of DailyPay's operational health
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to implement opportunities to improve and optimize data exchanges for our clients and partners
- Drive development of highly effective alerts, monitoring tools, and dashboards to provide actionable insights into anomalies and trends by partnering with Data Science and Product teams
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience and proven results working in a mix of global, regional, cross-sector/industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: operational process leadership or consulting, business intelligence, systems engineering, payments management, production support, data management, information technology, or related experience within a regulated industry
- 3+ years in people management roles
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques
- Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and provide data-driven remediation recommendations

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£64,000 - £85,000 GBP
