We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Non-Financial Reporting, (all genders) to join our Finance and the Sustainability & CSR teams on their journey to share with our stakeholders how Delivery Hero manages its non-financial commitments.

This role will lead DH’s global CSRD-compliant (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) non-financial report disclosure across our network of brands and their operating countries. The role will be responsible for shaping Delivery Hero’s future reporting approach and engaging that with the external auditor, Management and Supervisory Board, investors and other external players.

This role will lead and steer the broader team responsible for non-financial reporting, key central stakeholders like Finance, People & Culture, Legal, Product, and other functions but also global stakeholders from network brands.

• Lead the production of the annual global non-financial report for the group and while doing so, develop collaboration practices with the sustainability and finance teams but also other content contributing teams

• Take over the leading role in the audit of our non-financial report, including engagement with external auditors, supervisory board and senior management 

• Collaborate with Investor Relations and External Communications on bringing Delivery Hero’s ESG ambition and achievements to investors and the wider public

• Build and develop the team that will produce the non-financial report in line with regulatory requirements

• Develop and implement internal processes, technology and governance structures for our corporate non-financial reporting

• Monitor the evolving ESG reporting requirements and translate them into implementation plans in cooperation with key stakeholders;

Qualifications

• Experience working in the field of corporate reporting with a focus on financial and/or non-financial reporting management or auditing

• Experience in reporting practices around the evolving regulatory requirements of non-financial reporting (CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and reporting standards/frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).

• Experience with directly managing teams and indirectly managing cross-functional teams and complex projects 

• You have been exposed to developing strategies and establishing ways of working within pioneering fields

• Fluency in English and preferably German with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills;

• A strong, flexible, and team/growth/leadership-oriented mindset coupled with the ability to work under pressure

Additional Information

Nice to have:

• Regulatory compliance skills allow you to interpret regulations, identify relevant areas for the company, and translate them into actions 

• Fluency in German is a plus in order to ensure alignment between DH’s German and English non-financial report disclosure.
