Senior Manager of Analyst Relations

The Senior Manager of Analyst Relations at Decisions plays a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with key industry analyst firms, such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others. The successful candidate will lead a strategic and collaborative program to engage with industry analysts, drive positive perceptions of our company, and enhance our market positioning.
Key Objectives
Objective #1: Develop and Execute an Analyst Relations Strategy
- Establish and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to promote our company, solutions, and thought leadership
- Identify key industry analyst firms and analysts relevant to our market and establish strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between our company's messaging and the analysts' perceptions
Objective #2: Drive Analyst Engagement and Influence
- Proactively engage with industry analysts, organizing briefings, inquiries, and meetings to showcase our company's vision, product roadmap, and competitive differentiation
- Provide timely and accurate responses to analyst inquiries, requests for information, and research-related engagements
- Leverage analyst research and insights to inform internal decision-making processes and guide strategic initiatives
Objective #3: Enhance Analyst Perception and Influence
- Develop and deliver compelling analyst presentations, briefing materials, and reports that effectively communicate our company's value proposition and market positioning
- Coordinate analyst evaluations, briefings, and demonstrations of our products and solutions to reinforce positive perceptions and drive favorable coverage
- Leverage analyst relationships to secure positive industry recognition, awards, and inclusion in relevant research reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in analyst relations, strategic communications, or related roles within the technology industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with industry analyst firms, such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others
- Strong understanding of the technology market, industry trends, and the role of industry analysts in influencing buyer perceptions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, aligning internal stakeholders, and driving consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
