What you're applying for
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Business Applications who will be responsible for leading our business application team as they solve complex business problems using analytical and technical skills.
This position will oversee and manage a customer-facing applications group by setting vision, strategy, and direction while creating strategic business partnerships across all departments, in order to establish high-end platforms and applications.
In This Role You'll

• Develop a long-term team strategy for Information system foundation (infrastructure and architecture)
• Lead and take responsibility for multiple business applications and organizational processes utilizing a variety of technologies
• Create strategic collaboration with departmental leaders across the company to better understand their challenges, and opportunities
• Become a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing essential business support while maintaining up-to-the-minute knowledge of our information system strategy
• Prioritize and assign tasks to team members for timely and effective completion as required by the business
• Maintain oversight of business applications portfolio, ensuring commitments are planned, staffed, monitored, and reported-while delivering within timelines and maintaining customer satisfaction and results
• Develop metrics for business applications, team effectiveness, and impact on the organization
• Establish and monitor service levels, both internally and with contractors
• Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly qualified team of professionals
• Coaches and mentors both direct / indirect reports, and attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Creates an engaging environment, sets, and guides individual goals, performance objectives and growth opportunities of his/her team.

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of experience as Head of Business Applications / Information Systems, ideally at a fast-growing tech company
• 5+ years of experience using business applications such as Zendesk, Twilio, and Talkdesk
• Strong design capabilities with an ability to define and lead solutions in a complex, challenging environment
• Proven experience in leading transformational programs
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions
• Ability to work in an office environment
