THE JOB:
The Senior Manager of Cage Operations is responsible for overseeing departmental procedures, internal controls, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies, corporate standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. This role involves directing specific areas within the cage department to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency. The Senior Manager will implement best practices, assess new products and services, evaluate technology solutions, and stay informed about current and emerging industry trends.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage efficient and cost-effective operations, including labor management and supervision of all service aspects and the control environment
- Evaluate staffing levels based on business demand while monitoring and reporting on evolving operational needs
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, and staffing processes, and ensure timely resolution of payroll issues
- Ensure guest service delivery aligns with the Company’s S.H.O.W. service standards and brand attributes, while measuring performance consistently
- Guide and influence people, processes, and resources to align with the business's best interests
- Foster and maintain trusting relationships and open communication with the Corporate Treasury, Finance Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Nevada State Gaming Registration
- Two (2) years of previous Cage experience in a similar resort setting
- Four (4) years of previous Cage Management experience
- Three (3) years of previous Management experience
- Exemplifies Leadership, Integrity, and Courage
- Abilit to demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity regardless of the situation
- Ability to leads and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse workforce
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
