In this unique role you’ll be the Manager for the Enterprise Data Strategy and Management organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Experience in managing data governance workstreams and related tasks, including Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Reference data and corresponding technology.
- Designing and leading Data governance operations strategy and corresponding analysis tasks. Needs an understanding of Data Quality and Data lineage processes to the Data Governance capabilities.
- Collaborate with on-shore and offshore stakeholders from the Business, IT and operations functions, to achieve governance objectives; resolve governance issues with functional representatives
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering/business with an emphasis in Information Technology with 5+ years of experience in software development and Data Governance, Metadata Management, Reference data and Workflow Design experience is required.
- Hand on experience in Data analysis, Data pivoting, extracting business insight from raw data. Understanding of Data Quality and Data lineage processes to add-value to the Data Governance capabilities.
- 2 years in a Solution lead capacity within a medium to large organization.
- Ability to implement shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.
- Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
- Work with product owners, data architect, data engineers, data scientists, API developers and product developers to ensure data best practices are designed and implemented proactively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information to all levels of the organization.
- Experience defining or building data catalog for data domains, business glossary trusted sources, data dictionary, system ,applications , products and roll-out strategy.

Salary
The annual gross base salary range is $86,000-$150,000. Incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
