About the Role 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Demand Gen is a critical role, with the opportunity to build the global demand gen organization and have a major leadership impact on the future of Stylitics. This individual will be a pivotal player in the entire Go To Market strategy and execution, owning physical and digital campaigns and programs to help empower both net new and expansion sales teams. Ultimately, this person is an expert in B2B campaign management with a proven ability to cut through the noise, simplify complexity, and capture prospect mindshare by creating compelling narratives across a highly scalable awareness/consideration/conversion growth funnel – targeting the right buyers to source substantial revenue opportunities for the company and enabling Stylitics’s Enterprise Sales team and an emerging SDR function.

The ideal candidate is responsible for marketing campaigns while developing channels specifically such as direct/content marketing, ABM, SEM/SEO, social media, events/field marketing, web influence, and other means of online marketing.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid strategic and tactical problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation to drive the company’s efforts to further position itself as a visionary leader and potential in its emerging market to achieve its revenue goal. The ideal candidate will also have a creative spark to inject new ideas that impact the company’s success consistently.

What you will do: 

  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns (inclusive of advertising, email, direct mail, and events) that build a sales pipeline
  • Develop vertical-specific strategies and work with product marketing to have the proper content to support these initiatives
  • Manage a significant budget for lead generation programs
  • Help build out a Marketing Operations capability in order to leverage best practice segmentation, lead scoring, and automation
  • Closely monitor and optimize every conversion metric within the lead life-cycle
  • Own pipeline creation for our sales team – work directly with our sales leadership to understand what leads they need and identify and execute ways to acquire them
  • Work closely with our SDR team to assure quality delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize their processes
  • Own the marketing funnel programs which take prospects from awareness to opportunity to purchase through integrated, targeted nurture campaigns
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the executive team

Must-have Qualifications: 

  • Must have 5+ years of marketing experience with direct Hubspot and SalesForce experience
  • Strong Digital Marketing experience including display, SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing
  • Experience executing complex multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand creation activities on the sales pipeline is a plus; a closed loop, the data-driven mentality is a must at both the lead and opportunity level
  • Track record of sourcing and executing on lead generation programs that have a positive return
  • Vendor management, including: publishing partners, technology vendors, and/or external consultancies
  • Track record of professional achievement and recognition
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent planning, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly driven and self-motivated
