POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation (ABM) you will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across the region for named prospect accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- General Duties
- Developing and deploying a broad range of marketing programs - from ABM strategies to email marketing campaigns to content marketing, digital, thought leadership, social media, webinars, events, and advertising.
- Creating personalized campaigns which drive growth and expansion
- Map and understand named account internal structures, motivations and usage patterns to inform delivery content and appropriate Aprimo products
- Using your account understanding, develop customized experiences for c-level targets and their influencers
- Liaising with key stakeholders including internal account teams, executive sponsors, and creative teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers
- Coming up with creative ways of engaging with key individuals and leveraging a range of channels and innovative techniques, including social media, tailored content, digital advertising, email, direct mail, webinars and events
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all activity, and using the results data to optimize strategies and improve return on investment across all the campaigns
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
- ABM Prospect Campaigns
- Take ownership of developing and implementing the ABM marketing strategy, plans, and budget
- Develop and lead programs to engage target accounts in alignment with our acceleration and growth objectives. Utilize various tactics, such as events, sponsorships, thought leadership, communications, executive briefings, and direct marketing, based on account analysis and growth strategies developed with Sales and Partners.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies to deliver targeted and personalized engagement.
- Drive digital awareness through paid display and social campaigns across multiple social platforms.
- Strategize and evolve content and messaging for the enterprise segment to foster engagement and convert target accounts.
- Utilize data, insights, and best practices to design, implement, and report on effective ABM campaigns and programs across various channels and platforms.
- BDR and Sales Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales leadership to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies to deliver targeted and personalized engagement.
- Develop and maintain a library of marketing collateral and playbooks for BDRs and Sales,
- Provide necessary tools, content, and training for successful prospect engagement.
- Continuously assess and enhance the enablement process to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU'RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), is required.
- Prior experience required with delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through demand generation marketing, including command of ABM principles and techniques.
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid project management and analytical skills.
- Passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
