What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager Financial Operations and Reporting holds ownership and accountability for accuracy, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of all processes related to revenue, including review of contracts, accounting policies and memos, month-end close, deferred revenue, accruals, accounts receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations.
What you’ll be working on:
- Prepare and present financials to management ensuring accurate results are delivered on time and in accordance with GAAP.
- Provide accounting support with any ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams.
- Review and provide feedback on agreements, focus on mitigating risk, vet accounting implications, and confirm we can operationally support agreements and ensure the best deals for ABG.
- Perform a critical role in enhancing GAAP and corporate accounting policies by providing current technical accounting knowledge and GAAP interpretations.
- Lead the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, which involves looking at company’s internal finance and accounting processes and advising on solutions around creating efficient process or improving existing processes.
- Implement new technology (Cloud, ERP, FP&A solution) and optimize Finance Systems.
- Manage the entire commissions process focusing on the quarterly commission calculations across all sales teams and provide timely and accurate accrual information to business development and accounting team.
- Help with interim and year-end financial audit activities and the annual financial controls audit; and Review and direct the work of staff.
- Effectively manage resources to create career growth opportunities and backup coverage.
Must Haves
In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following experience is required:
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S GAAP, especially in ASC 606 implementation and revenue recognition.
- Knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
- Experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite; and Full understanding of NetSuite and experienced with NetSuite modules (CRM, OneWorld, Advanced Financials and Revenue Recognition).
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field and at least two (2) years of experience as an Accountant, Financial Lead or related occupation.

Primary Location Salary Range:
$95,000 - $150,000
