Senior Manager of Financial Reporting

This position is responsible for all financial reporting of the Bank. This includes filing of SEC (10Q/10K) documents, Regulatory filings w/ the FHFA, Consolidated flings with the Office of Finance and Financial reporting to key stakeholders of the Bank including MC and Board reports. In addition, this position has oversight for the operational reporting of Fixed Income Investments.

• Hands-on, working responsibility for GAAP compliant reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as SEC filings: Forms 10Q, 10K. Working responsibility for the development of Annual Report. Working responsibility for developing internal management reports, including reports to the Board of Directors. Working responsibilities for writing detailed desk-top and accounting procedures and associated flow-charts with respect to the reporting roles and operating procedures.
• Supervise staff with operations responsibilities with respect to recording of debt issued by the bank and associated maintenance of systems, authorization of deals, and reconciliation. Supervision of staff responsible for developing collateral position with respect to derivatives. Supervise staff responsible for reconciliation and deal confirmation.
• Experience with accounting policy including adapting new accounting standards Develop and implement plans to automate reporting and analytical needs of the department

Range: $190,000 - $225,000
