About the RoleÂ
iCapital is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Global Safety and Security to join the risk Management team. Reporting to the Head of Global Safety and Security, this role will develop and advance iCapital's physical and operational security culture, structure, processes, and tools in support of the company’s security framework and risk governance lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and leading physical security functions including physical and operational security, threat management, environmental health and safety, travel safety, physical security technologies, security related training, as well as reporting assessments and information to senior management. This role will play a critical role in shaping iCapital’s long-term business security strategy. Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Build and develop relationships with key business leaders and regional stakeholders to develop and implement security related strategies that protect the business and its people.Â
 Physical & Operational Security: Â
- Develop and lead a strategic, comprehensive, and innovative security program.Â
- Develop, implement, and manage company-wide physical security programs. Â
- Oversee activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of company employees, assets, and activities. Â
- Develop, implement, and manage site specific security programs in-line with policies, plans, procedures, laws, regulations, and standards. Â
- Maintain a clear operations roadmap that ensures timely progress against strategic and tactical priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibilities.
- Design and project manage physical security technology integration efforts (e.g., badging, camera analytics, etc.). Â
- Develop and manage a corporate travel safety program. Â
- Design, develop, and manage safety and physical security training for the company. Â
- Manage physical security budget (Vendors, Technologies, and related budgets). Â
 Threat Management: Â
- Lead all physical security, threat management, and health and safety related investigations in collaboration with key stakeholders. Â
- Lead emergency, crisis, and incident management for the company. Â
- Design, develop, and manage an intelligence and operations center responsible for physical and operational event monitoring, incident detection, event triage, and incident escalation. Â
- Gather security intelligence to protect the business and implement preventative measures. Â
 Environmental Health & Safety (EHS): Â
- Develop EHS policies and programs. Â
- Lead all occupational health, and fire & life safety initiatives for the business, to include workplace violence prevention, emergency action plans, and material support to emergency preparedness. Â
- Manage local, state, federal, and international-level EHS requirements. Â
 QualificationsÂ
- Proven track record of successfully working with diverse stakeholders including internal and external executives, human resources, information security, corporate technology, legal, communications, etc. Â
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in physical security, risk management, health and safety, and/or law enforcement in the private and/or public sectors Â
- 5+ years of project management and other leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders Â
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent certifications preferred Â
- US Special Operations and/or Intelligence Community experience is a plus Â
- Prior tech industry, financial services, or FinTech experience is a plus Â
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferredÂ
- Able to effectively navigate a complex stakeholder landscape while operationally managing concurrent tactical to strategic initiativesÂ
- Knowledge of how to conceive, plan, and execute a security strategy while leading multi-disciplinary project teams simultaneouslyÂ
- Able to seamlessly adjust to challenging environmentsÂ
- Exceptional managerial skills and able to lead a team Â
- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development and mentoring to professionals at all levels Â
- Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills Â
- Able to build rapport and leverage relationships Â
- Excellent project management skills Â
- Experience with drafting project plans across multiple stakeholders, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, and producing final reports Â

BenefitsÂ
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).Â
We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.Â
