• We are looking for a Senior Manager of Health Plan Analysis to build and develop our talented team members and leaders of Health plan analysts.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of operational functions, policy and team education.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plan requirements and timelines, ensures all necessary support, tools and technology are available, and follows up as needed.
• In charge of meeting with business process owners and other appropriate personnel to identify the project's goals, objectives, critical success factors, and success measures.
• Analyze health plan policies to find essential information for services covered and how they are covered under the Insurance policy
• Perform research tasks on different health insurance topics which will help improve the product
• Work with internal stakeholders (Product, R&D, CS) to communicate client needs and help them develop solutions for efficient client service.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in one of the following areas: Health Benefits, Healthcare consulting, Health insurance plans, or pharmacy industry
• 3+ years experience as a team leader or a manager.
• Familiar with medical insurance terminology and processes
• Project management experience and knowledge of health plans required
• Proven ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control and monitor project activities
• Experience investigating data issues and working with a cross-functional team for problem resolution
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also working independently
• Quick learner and a team player with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Software, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

• University Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration or equivalent
