Senior Manager of Human Resources
Job Description
As the Sr. Manager of Human Resources, you will provide operational leadership for HR programs, functions and processes and serve as a trusted, primary point of contact for employees at all levels. In this role, you will provide operational leadership for benefits and retirement plans, compensation, employee engagement, performance management, professional development programs and special projects. You will also play an important role in leading HR-related audit and compliance efforts to ensure that plans and programs are operating effectively and appropriately.
Requirements
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field obtained through an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years exempt level HR experience
- Demonstrated experience leading HR projects and initiatives from conception to evaluation
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in related field obtained through an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years exempt level HR experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience
- Experience in benefits and retirement plan administration and compliance
- Active HR certification from SHRM and/or HRCI (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.)
