We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Implementation to join our team to support Dash Schedule. The team is located in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager of Implementation will build a leading team by identifying and executing process improvement projects, developing employees, and utilizing performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and progress. Ensure that all members of the team receive appropriate training, coaching, and motivation to enable their success and establish a positive work environment.
- Be a product expert. Contribute to the innovation of Relatient solutions, whether technology or services that deliver value to our clients.
- Act as first escalation point across ongoing implementation initiatives; collaborate with implementation leaders to ensure appropriate resource allocation for implementation backlog
- The Senior Manager of Implementation will serve as an external consultant/trusted advisor to identify initial opportunities, including design recommendations, to maximize our contribution to patient access and client success
- Lead complex, high visibility enterprise and large-group client implementations
- The Senior Manager of Implementation will create clear visibility into ongoing implementations with current status, dependencies, risks, and timing expectations
- Work cross-functionally across geographically dispersed internal teams (specifically solution consultants, product, and engineering) in order to identify, develop and support successful implementation plans
- Collaborate with other implementation team leaders in developing better processes, tools and models that generate successful outcomes within the team and improve operational efficiency as The Senior Manager of Implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required
- 7+ years of management consulting, HIT implementation, or operations experience; management of projects with significant cross functional interdependencies is a plus
- Experience managing a team required
- Experience coordinating with third/external parties on both definition of business problems and development of the associated solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and ensure their completion and accuracy
- Highly articulate; makes written and verbal arguments in a compelling manner
- Has experience influencing internal and external stakeholders in order to drive success
Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel as needed (expect up to 20% of time)
